STAGE 01 / 05 · Curated entry point
Discover.
See only the candidate previews approved for your project.
Candidate summaries and computational context are organised for evaluation without exposing protected sequences or raw scientific materials.
PRODUCT EXPERIENCE / ILLUSTRATIVE
A considered path from computational peptide evidence to a licensing conversation, with scientific context and partner permissions kept separate.
Static illustration only. No real candidate data, sequences or private scientific material.

INTERACTIVE / SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE
Compare three invented profiles. Each slider changes how much an attribute matters to the ranking; it does not change the underlying example scores.
Try it: set “Computational signal” to 5 and the other sliders to 0. The concept with the highest invented signal rises to the top. Then emphasise “Developability context” instead. Keyboard arrow keys also adjust sliders.
Illustrative screening-model emphasis; not measured activity. This slider changes only the importance assigned to that attribute. Total weight across the four sliders: 10.
How the ranking is calculated: for each fictional concept, multiply each invented input value by its slider weight, add the four products, then divide by the total weight (10). The resulting teaching index is not an efficacy or safety prediction.
The list updates when you move a slider. Expand a concept to compare its fixed invented attributes with the chosen weights. Higher teaching index = higher position here, not a better real peptide.
Illustrative ranking: 1: Estuary, toy index 72; 2: Canopy, toy index 67; 3: Mycelium, toy index 58.
Fictional input scores (0–100) stay fixed. “Weight” shows the emphasis you selected. The index uses each input multiplied by its weight; it is not a measured property.

Not real peptide candidates. These names, chains, attributes and scores are fabricated to illustrate prioritisation mechanics. No sequences, predictions, biological claims or protected data are used.
These stages describe a possible research path, not completed validation for BiotaSift candidates or an offer of commercial rights.
